SDVMA Site Background

The nebulous blue and the star that make up our site background are part of a NASA astronomical image taken by The Hubble Space Telescope: ‘First Stars’.

You are looking at a photo of one of the first stars in the Universe, which went 'live' about 400 million years after the Big Bang. (- that's about 13 billion years ago!) Acknowledgement: NASA/WMAP Science Team.
