Self Defence/Personal Safety & Empowerment For Women - Retreat

This Weekend Retreat will provide you with a massive burst of skill development in an intense but really fun environment; from Friday evening until Sunday evening.

You will be engaged in various training activities, all of which have been specifically designed to make you your own version of ‘Xena: Warrior Princess’.

You will finish this weekend more in touch with yourself and more able to handle the world and everything in it.

You will know more about your personal strengths. You will meet new people, learn new concepts and expand your horizons. You will return to the world a stronger/faster/smarter/healthier/happier dynamic bundle of energy!
